After your first call, you can expect us to send you a preliminary agreement that allows us to start working on your project. Once the agreement is returned, we will schedule a meeting to review your project with you at the job site. Shane will discuss the possibilities and opportunities of your project with you. Shane will let you know if your project is feasible, and what you can expect with the scope of your project, and you will be provided with a rough estimate for your project.
If you wish to move forward, the SSC team will work with you to create the final design for your project, ensuring an understanding of your needs and your wants! SSC will incorporate this information into a set of plans that can be used to develop a firm budget. If you wish to move forward once you receive the budget, we will begin the step to create your dream outcome!

Our support team knows and understands that your project is of the utmost importance to you and we strive to ensure your needs are heard and understood throughout the process.
We utilize the Buidertrend software program to document your job including communications (e-mail, text, or messaging), selections of fixtures and finishes, storage of documents and photos, and even share financial records from estimates through billing.
